But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33

We have many things to look after these days. We want a good job, nice career, plenty of money, live a happy life. And, we want to make time for God. How do we balance all these? God in between these things!

Jesus answers this. Instead of trying to balance everything, He makes it simple by saying to 1st focus on God’s kingdom and His righteousness and all other things in life will be given to you.

It means to focus on replacing all that are first in our life with GOD. HE supernaturally takes care of our life’s concerns when we put Him first.

For the kingdom of God is not

a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. ROMANS 14:17

A kingdom is the place where the king rules. It is where a king is in control. Paul says in this verse, God's kingdom is not a location where we would live (eat and drink), but it is everywhere we allow God and His spirit to govern us. Kingdom of God is not a certain place or time.

LUKE 17:20-21 One day the Pharisees asked Jesus, "When will the Kingdom of God come?" Jesus replied, "The Kingdom of God can't be detected by visible signs. 21 You won't be able to say, 'Here it is!' or 'It's over there!' For the Kingdom of God is already among you."

Kingdom of God includes everywhere the Father, our Lord Jesus Christ & Holy spirit is acknowledged as King.

And it is among US. We are part of the Kingdom of God.

MATTHEW 18:18 Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven

Many thinks whatever happens is God's will. We have a part to play in Gods will in our lives.

God's WILL is that things be on earth as they are in Heaven (Matthew 6:10).

Sickness is not of God. Oppression is not from God, Bondage is not from God, Poverty is not of God. Selfishness, strife, unforgiveness, and hatred are not of God.

we should resist the schemes of the devil. The devil cannot do anything in your life unless we allow it. Scripture says that if you will resist the devil he will flee from you.

1 PETER 5:8-9 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith,....
